Delivery Policy
Processing Times
All products are made to order.
Orders require up to 10 business days for processing.
During peak periods or promotional sales, this may extend to 1–2 weeks.
Our dispatch hours:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00
No shipments occur on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping
Flat Rate Delivery: R199 anywhere in South Africa
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
2–3 working days (major centres)
Outlying areas may take longer
Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
Delivery is deemed complete once signed for at the delivery address.
Courier Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the outer packaging and product
We will engage with the courier and work with you to resolve the matter fairly.
Returns & Refunds
We comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Sales)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
Item must be unused
Item must be in original condition
Original packaging required
Proof of purchase required
Return shipping is for the customer’s account.
Packaging Recovery Fee
If an item has been opened and requires repackaging, a R300 packaging recovery fee applies.
This fee covers:
Plastic packaging
Protective materials
Boxing
Labour
This is strictly cost recovery.
Cancelled Orders (Before Dispatch)
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a R220 payment gateway recovery levy applies due to non-refundable transaction fees charged to us.
Sale or Discounted Items
Sale items may only be returned if defective in terms of CPA requirements.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items in accordance with the CPA.
If the incorrect size was ordered:
We will assist at cost for resizing or replacement.
We aim to be fair and reasonable in all such matters.
Warranty
We provide a 2-Year Warranty on workmanship and materials.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Structural workmanship faults
This warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear
Improper washing
Abuse or misuse
Accidental damage
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
